Class Policies

  • Ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you may re-sell your ticket and notify Tithi of the name and email of the new attendee. Tickets are transferable only to new attendees for the same workshop and are non-transferable to other workshops.

  • Each workshop includes small group videos at the end of class. Videography may be done via Tithi’s camera or a professional videographer (depending on class size and videographer availability).

  • Tithi and her team may take photos and videos during class for marketing and promo purposes.

  • Workshops are a safe space, and all class attendees are expected to help maintain this class culture. Disrespectful behavior in class will result in being removed from class without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, bullying, harassment, filming others without their consent, and creating a negative learning environment. For individuals removed from workshops, Tithi also holds the right to limit/restrict their signups for future classes.

  • By purchasing a ticket and participating in this class, you acknowledge that dance and physical movement involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other physical injuries. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the class.

  • Student tickets policies:

    • There are a limited number of student tickets for each class; these are available first-come, first-serve on the student purchase page.

    • Student tickets are discounted for current students ONLY. You must complete this form prior to purchasing a student ticket. Student discount expires after your program end date. Student signups and records will be verified for every workshop.

    • Purchasing a student ticket without being a current student or after student status expiration will result in your ticket being cancelled without a refund.
